FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radio engineering and can be used in frequency synthesizers operating up to microwave range. Voltage controlled generator comprises active element formed on the first and second transistors which are connected in emitter-common base scheme, voltage divider formed by the first, second and third resistors, as well as emitter resistor of the first transistor and collector resistor of the second transistor, for which operating modes of transistors in direct current are provided. Generator contains four separation capacitors, three decoupling elements and blocking capacitor. In addition, generator consists of the first and second inductors, the first and second capacitors, the first second, third and fourth varicaps, which are frequency-setting elements.

EFFECT: technical result of invention consists in reducing spectral density of phase fluctuations in cascode-type generators.
