SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a carbonated tonic beverage based on fruit concentrates. Disclosed is a non-alcoholic tonic beverage containing niacin, vitamin B6, calcium pantothenate, folic acid, biotin, vitamin B12, caffeine, taurine, L-carnitine, sugar, clarified concentrated kiwi juice, water at following ratio of initial components, per 100 ml of beverage: niacin, mg 3-4; vitamin B6, mg 0.4-0.5; calcium pantothenate, mg 2-3; folic acid, mg 0.07-0.1; biotin, mcg 33-34; vitamin B12, mcg 0.2-0.3; caffeine, mg 30; taurine, mg 230-250; L-carnitine, mg 20-40; sugar, g 10; clarified concentrated kiwi juice, mg 0.03-0.1; water up to 100 ml. Beverage additionally contains citric acid or sodium citrate in amount of 0.5-3 wt.%. Additionally, the beverage contains ginseng extract containing up to 80% of gingosides in amount of 0.5-3 wt.%. Beverage additionally contains food flavouring agents in amount of 0.05-0.1 mg per 100 ml. Additionally, the beverage contains concentrated lemon or pineapple juice. Disclosed is a non-alcoholic tonic beverage containing niacin, vitamin B6, calcium pantothenate, folic acid, biotin, vitamin B12, caffeine, taurine, L-carnitine, sugar, concentrated clarified kiwi juice, water at the following ratio of initial components, per 100 ml of beverage: niacin, mg 3.71; vitamin B6, mg 0.45; calcium pantothenate, mg 2.12; folic acid, mg 0.09; biotin, mcg 33.8; vitamin B12, mcg 0.24; caffeine, mg 30; taurine, mg 240; L-carnitine, mg 30; sugar, g 10; clarified concentrated kiwi juice, mg 0.06; water up to 100 ml.

EFFECT: invention provides a carbonated tonic beverage with reduced caffeine content, tonic effect and reduced side effects, which has a long storage life.
