SUBSTANCE: beverage contains the following initial components (mg per 100 ml of beverage): tricreatine citrate - 340-360, Z-carnitine - 80-660, dry guarana extract with caffeine content equal to 22% - 340-380, Z-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate - 760-840, L-tyrosine - 40-60, histidine - 60-80, beta-alanine - 460-500, nicotinamidev (vitamin B3) - 36-40, vitamine D6 6-8, folic acid (vitamin B9) - 0.3-0.5, ginseng extract - 12-18 and water - balance until 100 ml.creatine alpha-ketoglutarate To provide for the required flavour and other consumer characteristics of the beverage, the latter also includes (mg per 100 ml of water): glycerin - 1500-1600, sucralose - 18-24, citric acid - 250-280, scorzonera extract - 40-60, beta-carotene - 5-7, flavouring additive - 30-50, sorbic acid - 24-26. The flavouring additive imparts to the beverage the flavour of orange-passion fruit, cranberries, berry mix, strawberries, red berries, lemonade (Tutti Frutti), mulled wine or kiwi.

EFFECT: invention enables production of a beverage that may be used as an integrated alimentation element providing for the increased demands of the organism with sportsmen or people engaged in hard physical labour, to adequate energy supply throughout a period of intensive training or physical strain and acceleration of the human organism recovery thereafter.
