FIELD: acoustics.
SUBSTANCE: in the method, a laser light flux is formed by a laser, then the laser light flux is directed to the microphone membrane, the angle of incidence of the laser light flux on the microphone membrane is set, the laser light flux is modulated by moving the microphone membrane, photodetector is used to measure and analyse parameters of the modulated laser light flux using output signals of the photodetector to generate electrical signals containing information on the amplitude and frequency of oscillations of the microphone membrane. At that, for modulation of microphone membrane using laser light flux with spherical wave front, when measuring and analysing parameters of a modulated laser light flux, a holographic interferometer is used, which implements the spatial-spectral method of holographic interferometry, on the input plane of the photodetector, a holographic interferometer is used to form an interferogram, based on the results of measuring and analysing the distribution of the intensity of the optical field and the dynamics of its changes in the plane of the formed interferogram, electric signals are generated, which contain information on the amplitude and frequency of oscillations of the microphone membrane.
EFFECT: wider dynamic range of permissible movements of the microphone membrane and reduced dependence of the sensitivity of the microphone on the amplitude of the intensity of the laser light flux in the plane of the photodetector.
