FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. A method is proposed for determining the coordinates of changes in the cell structure from phase images with modulation of the wavefront phase. The method includes dividing the radiation passing through the cell into several beams, the choice on the phase image obtained at the angle coinciding with the optical axis at the first moment of time with the coordinates (x1, y1) on the cell surface, where the change in the cell structure is determined, the choice on those obtained at other angles phase images of phase values with coordinates (x1sinϕ+zcosϕ,y1), summing them up to obtain a function that depends on the z coordinate along the optical axis, calculating the sum of phases with the same coordinates at a different moment in time, obtaining the same function, the value of the z coordinate at which the global extremum of the difference of these two functions is reached, and determining the z1 coordinate inside the cell , where there is a change in the structure of the cell, and for the sought value of the coordinates of the change in the structure of the cell take (x1,y1,z1).
EFFECT: invention provides for the determination of changes in the position of the membrane and the internal structure inside the cell.
