FIELD: performing operations.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of soldering parts from kovar with articles made from quartz glass. Disclosed is a method for soldering articles from kovar with articles made from optical quartz glass, which includes preparing the surfaces to be joined, applying a layer of a compound on the surface of the article made from quartz glass, containing C52-1 glass powder in amount of 35-43 wt.% and organic component in amount of 57-65 wt.%, consisting of thermoplastic polymer resin and hardener in ratio 1:1, connection of articles to each other and soldering in a muffle furnace at temperature of 180-185 °C, wherein heating is performed at rate of 7-10 °C/min with exposure of 15-20 minutes. Preparation of articles made from kovar is carried out by levelling the surface by polishing and degreasing with alcohol, and the surface of the article from optical quartz glass is subjected to sandblasting to roughen the surface of the glass and degreased with alcohol. Polymer resin used is a resin which is a product of polycondensation with bisphenol A, and the hardener used is triethylenetetramine or polysebacic anhydride.

EFFECT: providing adhesion strength of soldered surfaces, minimizing residual stress, increasing resistance in a wide range of temperatures, resistance to vibration loads and high air humidity.
