where R1 = CH3, H and other pharmaceutically acceptable cations such as Na, K, and R2 = R3 = H, or R2 and R3 together form a substitute of type CR5R6, where R5 = H, CH3 and R6 = H, CH3 and other linear alkyl substitutes, such as C2H5, n-C3H7, n-C7H15, n-C8H17; R4 = Et3NH, H and other pharmaceutically acceptable cations of organic and inorganic nature, such as K, NH4.

EFFECT: novel compounds are obtained, which are effective inhibitors of formation of end products of glycation and can be widely used in medicine in the treatment of complications of diabetes mellitus, atherosclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, neurodegenerative diseases, including Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases, cataracts, diseases associated with aging.
