FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, namely to detection of cereulide and diarrheal enterotoxins of Bacillus cereus complex using real-time PCR. Method includes DNA extraction, performing real-time PCR with given DNA and accounting of results, where the reaction mixture for performing the real-time PCR includes primers for detecting cytotoxin K, non-hemolytic enterotoxin, hemolysin BL, enterotoxin FM and cereulide, consisting of sequences SEQ ID No.1 – SEQ ID No.15, as well as primers for internal control of amplification.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to expand available arsenal of technical means, as well as to detect cereulide and diarrheal enterotoxins of Bacillus cereus complex in analysed samples, higher efficiency of toxin detection and elimination of false-positive and false-negative identification results.
