FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biotechnology, particularly to a method for detecting Propionibacterium acnes nucleic acids in a blood sample. Said method is carried out by real-time polymerase chain reaction using primers with sequences SEQ ID NO: 1–4, and includes isolating, purification of total bacterial DNA and real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR), and total bacterial RNA is used as a PCR matrix.
EFFECT: present invention provides an effective method for determining DNA of bacteria Propionibacterium acnes.
