SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, in particular to a set of oligodeoxyribonucleotide primers and fluorescence-labelled probes for the detection of genes encoding cereulide and B. cereus complex diarrhea enterotoxins, wherein said enterotoxins are cytotoxin K, haemolysin BL, non-haemolytic enterotoxin A and enterotoxin FM. Said set comprises primers with sequences SEQ ID No. 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11, 13 and 14, as well as fluorescent-labelled DNA probes with sequences SEQ ID No. 3, 6, 9, 12 and 15.

EFFECT: present invention provides detection of amplicons in analysed samples without using additional methods.
