FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a system for attaching solar panels to a gable roof and to a method for mounting such an attachment system. System consists of at least one load-carrying beam placed on one roof slope and attached to the load-carrying beam a counterweight beam placed on the other roof slope, at that, at least one solar panel is located on the bearing beam directly or through at least one bracket connected to the bearing beam, counterweight beam is made with possibility of compensation of weight of bearing beam and solar panel located on it, at the same time counterweight and bearing beams are connected to at least one support containing elastic material and made with possibility of resting on roof.
EFFECT: no need to make holes in the roof when installing the solar panel mounting system on any type of roof, as well as no need to install weights.
