FIELD: measuring.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to optical measuring systems, in particular to devices for recording vibrations and displacements of various objects. Device includes a broadband light source with a short coherence length, a reference interferometer, a sensor interferometer, a reference interferometer, receivers and a signal processing unit, in which the value of the difference in the lengths of the arms of the reference interferometer is calculated simultaneously between the moments of occurrence of the peaks of the low-coherence interference signals, and phase difference of interference signals obtained from pairs of reference interferometer – sensor interferometer and reference interferometer – reference interferometer.
EFFECT: device allows recording both absolute displacements of the controlled surface and high-frequency vibrations.
