FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an agent for controlling parasitic arthropods. Method for preparing a mixture for getting rid of ticks (Acari), bed bugs (Heteroptera) or lice (Anoplura), the body of which has a plastron, for mammals or bees involves mixing a drug in a sub-therapeutic dose with a low-molecular non-polar chemical excipient selected from a group comprising alkanes, semi-fluorinated alkanes, dimethicone or terpenes. Drug is selected from a group consisting of macrolides, avermectins, pyrethroids, benzoate, pimecrolimus, milbemycin, anilide, crotamiton, lindane, pyrethrin, azelaic acid, including any mixture thereof, or from the group consisting of cyclosporine, pimecrolimus, Cyporin-N, T-sporin, corticosteroids and cyclosporine A, including any mixture thereof, or from the group consisting of triazoles and imidazoles, including any mixture thereof, or from the group consisting of erythromycin, ciprofloxacin and vancomycin, including any mixture thereof.
EFFECT: disclosed method of preparing the mixture for ticks, bedbugs and lice provides a wider range of agents for similar purposes; at low concentrations of the drug, it provides high efficacy against parasites, as well as reduced toxicity of the mixture for mammals and bees.
