FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to medicine, namely to therapy. Drug is introduced into the eustachian tube intranasal or orally for subsequent absorption in the cerebrospinal venous system. Special device for exhalation is used comprising a body, nozzle and drug container, wherein the device nozzle is placed adjacent to the eustachian tube hole. Device pressure force is used to transfer the drug from the container through the nozzle into the eustachian tube hole on the patient's exhalation with preliminary execution of Valsalva maneuver.
EFFECT: method allows to deliver the used drugs directly in CSVS.
