FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft systems, in particular to unmanned aerial vehicles, in particular to methods of gluing structural elements of unmanned aerial vehicles. On the flat part, a hole is made with a diameter equal to the outer diameter of the mating cylindrical part, grooves are made in the hole with width of 0.25-2.0 mm and pitch of 1-5 of the width of the groove, accurate positioning of parts relative to each other is performed by means of tight fit, annular bridge is made from cyanoacrylate glue-gel on the side of connection of cylindrical and flat surfaces, parts are turned over and second glue is poured into grooves from reverse side, held until hardening and repeated filling of remaining non-uniformly filled cavities in grooves with second glue.
EFFECT: possibility of fast production of tight and strong connection by gluing orthogonal surfaces of flat and cylindrical parts in unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV).
