SUBSTANCE: method of connecting a ceramic product with a metal frame includes determining the gap size between the surfaces to be glued, manufacturing and installing gaskets of a hardened adhesive, connecting the surfaces and holding under pressure up to the complete drying of the adhesive. The gaskets are installed on one of the surfaces to be glued, on which a layer of adhesive is pre-applied. The gasket thickness shall be not less than the minimum value and not more than the arithmetic mean value of the gap. The method according to the invention is extremely simple, and its use allows to reduce the rejects while assembling ceramic products such as aircraft fairings with a metal frame.
