FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to construction of pipelines with protective concrete coating. Structure of the joint of the required rigidity for pipelines is made of pipes with a protective concrete coating and contains two pipes welded to each other. Above said pipes there is, with gap relative to ends of concrete coating of abutting pipes, hollow composite cylinder made of two or more parts. Components forming hollow cylinder are provided with recesses. All free space between end surfaces of concrete coating of pipes welded to each other, including recesses, is filled with curable material. In compliance with proposed method, insulation is applied on joint surface of pipes welded together. Hollow composite cylinder made of polymer material is placed on the insulation with a gap relative to the ends of the concrete coating of the pipes being joined. Outer casing is installed above the hollow cylinder. All free space under casing is filled with curable material.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides the required rigidity of the butt joint with the predetermined parameters of the pipeline rigidity to obtain the required bending radius of the pipeline string during its laying.
