FIELD: measuring.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurements for diagnostic purposes, more specifically to a system and a method for assessing the quality of medical image analysis by a doctor. Proposed method of evaluating quality of medical image analysis comprises steps of displaying on a display unit a medical image for viewing by a doctor, wherein the medical image comprises a region to be analysed; observing the doctor's gaze while viewing the displayed medical image, the tracking comprising fixing the location of the doctor's gaze on the displayed image; forming a heat map of the doctor's gaze distribution based on the results of tracking the location of the doctor's gaze on the displayed image; using a neural network, receiving said medical image and said heat map and predicting, based on them, an error in analysing said medical image by a doctor; and evaluating analysis quality of said medical image based on predicted analysis error.
EFFECT: higher automation and accuracy of evaluation.
