FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, specifically to an antigen-binding molecule comprising a first antigen-binding domain and a second antigen-binding domain, in which the antigen-binding domains comprise a hinge region, each first and second antigen-binding domains comprising an antibody fragment which binds to a specific antigen, a first antigen-binding domain and a second antigen-binding domain are linked to each other by two or more disulphide bonds, and at least one disulphide bond is present in the hinge region; method for its preparation, as well as to a pharmaceutical composition containing it. Also disclosed is a method of regulating the interaction between two antigenic molecules by retention of two antigenic molecules in spatially close positions using an antigen-binding molecule, providing for obtaining said antigen-binding molecule.
EFFECT: invention is effective for producing an antigen-binding molecule having high resistance to protease cleavage.
