SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a riser designed to compensate for thermal expansion. Technical result is achieved by a riser comprising a lower portion comprising a non-vertical segment and a vertical segment, wherein the non-vertical segment is located below the vertical segment, and the lower portion ends at the upper end of the vertical segment; upper portion comprising a lower end, wherein the upper portion is vertical, and the lower end of the upper portion is located around the upper end of the vertical segment of the lower portion; a first guide and a second guide, each of which is located on opposite sides of the inner part of the lower end of the upper portion, wherein each of the first guide and the second guide has an outer surface, wherein these surfaces are parallel, wherein said outer surfaces of said guides are located opposite each other, while distance between them exceeds diameter of riser bottom section by not more than 3%. At that, the vertical segment of the lower section has the possibility of sliding along the said outer surfaces in the horizontal and vertical directions, each of which is parallel to the outer surface of the first guide and the outer surface of the second guide when the lower section expands or contracts due to temperature changes.

EFFECT: providing constant flow of gases and solid particles through the riser in a wide temperature range, as well as reducing stress between the upper and lower sections of the riser and between the riser and other components of the system during thermal expansion and contraction.
