FIELD: chemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to reactor plants for chemical treatment, in particular to a system of a reactor with a fluidised catalyst and a system component of a reactor system. System component comprises catalyst separation section, comprising walls of separation section, forming an internal area of the catalyst separation section, a gas outlet opening, a riser hole, a separation device and a catalyst outlet, riser passing through the catalyst separation section standpipe opening hole and comprising the main inner wall segment of the riser, the main outer segment of the riser wall and the riser wall transition segment, wherein the main inner segment of the riser wall is located at least partially in the internal area of the catalyst separation section and is connected to at least a transient segment of the riser wall, and the outer segment of the riser wall is located at least partially outside the catalyst separation section, and a reactor tank comprising an inlet of the reactor tank and an outlet opening of the reactor tank, connected to the main external segment of the riser wall. Reactor system comprises a reactor section and a regeneration section, wherein the reactor section comprises a system component.
EFFECT: reactor system has improved design and better heat transfer control.
