FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed group of inventions relates to the field of electrical equipment and can be used in designing and manufacturing of electrical parts, for example, short-circuited windings of rotors of high-speed machines, bars of short-circuited rotors of complex shape and windings of turbo generators of TWW type. Workpiece for an electrical component comprises a first component made of magnetic steel, on the surface of which at least one through slot is made, and second component of copper conductive material, located in through groove with provision of mechanical contact along components interface surface. At that, at least on one section of interfacing surface there is non-detachable interface connection “copper conductive material-magnetic steel” with depth in range of 0.5-10 mm and with provision of smooth structural gradient from copper conductive material to steel throughout the depth.
EFFECT: increased mechanical strength of part of electrotechnical purpose, increased service life and increased operational reliability of electric machine as a whole.
