FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to a telescopic surgical dissector. Telescopic surgical dissector comprises a handle made in the form of a cylindrical tube, a collet with a ring located on the outer surface of the handle, pulley, detachable drilling tip, internal rod made to transfer rotation from pulley to detachable drilling tip, three transverse brackets with holes in the centre of each, fixed on the cylindrical tube end outer surface and arranged symmetrically relative to each other, and three triangular rods, movably connected through holes with transverse brackets. An apex of each of the triangular rods represents cutting surface 3 mm long. Inner ends of triangular rods are spherical. Collet with ring can transfer force to inner ends of triangular rods for their actuation.
EFFECT: use of the invention provides an optimal minimally invasive operative approach to the injured tissues and anatomical structures of the bottom of the orbit with the possibility of their reposition in the anatomically correct position and stable fixation in conditions of limited visibility or when it is impossible to perform open surgical interventions caused by the severity of the patient's condition, as well as to improve the quality of the operation due to a sparing surgical approach to the displaced tissues of the bottom of the orbit.
