FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. Hook for moving and fixing soft tissues is perforated and comprises a base and a shank. Base is made with expansion in the direction opposite to the shank and with sharpened spikes on the first surface. Said sharpened spikes are inclined and have their points directed opposite the aforesaid expansion. Sharpened spikes on the shank are installed on the same first hooking surface as the spikes of the base, are inclined and oriented identically to the latter. Second surface of the base is smooth. Each spike has middle conical section with cone angle of 5-7°, changing from one side into taper, and on other side into conical section with cone angle of 18-22°. Conical sections are made converging towards taper, formed at each spike by section of cylinder with two planes arranged at angle of 110-130° to each other and having a line of their intersection, located in the longitudinal plane of the spike at angle of 85-95° to hooking surfaces. On the second hooking surface on the shank on the opposite opposite side from the sharpened spikes of the first hooking surface of the shank there are additional sharpened spikes. Additional spikes are directed in opposite direction from sharpened spikes on first surface. Each additional pointed spike has middle conical section with cone angle of 5-7°, changing from one side into taper, and on other side into conical section with cone angle of 18-22°. Conical sections are made converging towards taper, formed at each additional spike by section of cylinder with two planes arranged at angle of 110-130° to each other and having their intersection line. Hook for moving and fixing soft tissues is manually brought into the incision made in the space between the adipocutaneous flap and the soft tissues of the superficial fascia of the cheek by expanding forward to the tightened portion of soft tissues so, that the smooth surface of the base is adjacent to the fascia, and the first hooking surface is configured to slip along the soft tissues by means of the spikes oriented in the direction opposite to the expansion. Hook is fixed relative to the soft tissues by means of the spikes on the opposite side of the tail on the second hook surface by putting on the soft tissues by the underlying fascia and left to be completely resorbed.
EFFECT: invention can be used for moving and fixing soft tissues, mainly in plastic and aesthetic surgery.
