FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: robotic rehabilitation hardware-software system for navigation transcranial magnetic and electrical myostimulation comprises a computer-based control device, a robotic manipulator, a stereoscopic vision system and a biological feedback module (BFB). BFB module includes a body electrical activity recorder and an electric myostimulator. Manipulator module comprises servo amplifiers, electric motors, mechanical converter, feedback sensors, actuator, control controller configured to receive commands from software of robotic system. Technical vision module comprises a high-resolution stereoscopic camera and a video camera software driver for data exchange with the robotic system software. Manipulator is configured to bring the transcranial magnetic stimulation inductor to the specified coordinates and orientate it in space so that the vector of its magnetic field intensity coincides with the calculated exposure vector, and the localized focus is in the focus of the maximum intensity of the magnetic field of the lesion.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of rehabilitation due to retention of focus of magnetostimulation during movements of patient and control of efficiency of both physiotherapeutic actions in real time through introduction of BFB.
