SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in medicine. Device for generating oxyhydrogen for medical care comprises a housing configured to accommodate an electrolysis cell, a water supply tank and a secondary water tank; an upper cover attached to the upper part of the housing and provided with a gas circulation part, a supply part for supplying water to the water supply tank and a control panel for controlling the operation of the hydrogen and oxygen generator based on water electrolysis; lower cover attached to the lower part of the housing. Water supply tank is equipped with upper cover of water supply tank. Containing space is located inside the upper cover of the water supply tank, the upper cover is put on the outer side of the upper cover of the water supply tank and is attached to the housing. Air guide plate, circuit board, sprayer, mounting plate for fixing the circuit board are located in the enclosing space. Electrolysis cell is located on the lower cover in the lower part of the housing and is connected to the water supply tank above it through a pipeline. Oxyhydrogen formed during electrolysis passes through a gas outlet pipe and an air guide plate in the upper cover of the water supply tank and enters the water supply tank for primary treatment, then enters the secondary water tank through the air guide plate for secondary treatment. Cleaned gas is removed from the gas circulation part. Also disclosed is a method of generating oxyhydrogen.

EFFECT: group of inventions enables to obtain oxyhydrogen directly for use with high efficiency, providing flow controllability, safety, portability and mobility.
