SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to vulcanisable rubber mixture based on fluorine rubber SKF-26. This mixture contains, wt. pts.: fluorine rubber SKF-26 - 100.00; iron oxide - 4.00; calcium hydroxide - 6.00; encapsulated lactam-containing melt - 5.00–20.00; dispersed chrysotile asbestos - 15.00-60.00. Lactam-containing melt is obtained by mixing 30–60 wt. % of colloidal silicic acid BS-120 with homogeneous melt from 11–15 wt. % of ε-caprolactam, 11–15 wt. % of diphenylol, 0.20–0.40 wt. % triethylbenzylammonium chloride, 17.8–39.6 wt. % of trimethylol propane. Dispersed chrysotile asbestos is obtained during dispersion of 70–90 wt. % of chrysolite asbestos in amount of 10–30 wt. % of lactam-containing dispersant, obtained by fusion 15–25 wt. % of ε-caprolactam, 50–70 wt. % of bifurgin and 15–25 wt. % of N-isopropyl-N'-phenyl-n-phenylenediamine.

EFFECT: technical result is the development of a vulcanisable rubber composition with high degree of filling, having high physical and mechanical properties and low indices of residual compression deformation, with good resistance to heat aging.
