FIELD: acoustics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to acoustics, in particular to low-frequency loudspeakers. Loudspeaker comprises a housing divided by a transverse partition into two cavities, wherein the first cavity is connected to the external environment by a phase inverter, and in the second cavity on the surface of the transverse partition there is a low-frequency speaker box, and cavity itself is divided by a longitudinal partition into two equal-volume compartments, wherein the low-frequency speaker box is installed so that the end surface of the longitudinal partition is located opposite the low-frequency speaker diffuser, wherein the inner space of one of the compartments and the inner space of the low-frequency speaker box are connected to the first cavity by cylindrical tubes installed in the transverse partition.
EFFECT: limiting the frequency range of sound waves emitted by the loudspeaker and improving the quality of its low-frequency sound radiation.
