FIELD: medical science.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgical instruments and can be used for soft tissue suturing. In the handle, the device comprises an electric motor and a battery. Gear with module corresponding to rack module is fitted on motor shaft. U-like guide creates friction pair with toothed rack. Handle for pusher movement is located on axis of rotation. Said handle is retained by ratchet mechanism. In the distal portion of the body, there is a U-shaped groove for the pusher. Body and the inner tube are coupled by an outer groove in the inner tube and an inner groove in the opening of the distal portion of the body. Pusher blade with a hinge in a proximal portion extends through an internal lumen of the tube. Distal end of the pusher blade has an H-shaped profile. Distal end of the outer tube has a window with a flap projecting into a tube lumen. Flap of the outer tube forms a support for the heel of the lower lip, after which there are two side supports for the side surfaces of the upper lip. Part of triangular locking mechanism is arranged between lateral thrusts. T-shaped slot passes through the whole working part of lower lip. Grooves for bending staples are arranged in three rows on both sides of T-shaped slot. At the distal end of the upper lip, there are side surfaces for the side supports of the lower lip. There is a T-slot stop in the proximal direction from the locking element. Lower lip has a U-shaped profile, which matches the suturing cartridge in shape.

EFFECT: device has a simple design, is reliable in operation, easy to maintain and has a long service life.
