FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, specifically to surgical stapling and cutting tools and staples intended for use with them. Shaft assembly for use with a surgical instrument comprises an end effector, a hinged joint, an input actuator, a closing system, a trigger system, an articulation system and a switching system. End effector comprises a proximal end, a distal end and a branch, which can be closed. End effector is made with possibility of rotation around the hinged joint. Inlet actuator is configured to move in a proximal direction and a distal direction. Closing system comprises a closing element configured to move between an open configuration and a closed configuration for closing a branch. Starting system comprises starting element configured to actuate end effector. Articulation system comprises first articulation actuator, second articulated actuator and articulated actuator articulated therewith. Hinged joint first actuator and articulation second actuator are configured to rotate the end effector. Switching system is configured to be connected during operation of the hinge joint system and the input actuator when the closing system is in the open configuration, disconnection during operation of the articulation system from the input actuator when the closing system is in a closed configuration and the articulated joint system is locked in its hingedly turned position when the closing system is in the closed configuration. Switching system comprises fixing tube and retainers. In the second embodiment, the shaft assembly for use with a surgical instrument comprises an end effector, an articulated joint, an input actuator, a closing system, a trigger system, an articulation system and a switching system. End effector comprises a proximal end, a distal end and a branch. Articulation system comprises first articulation actuator, second articulated actuator and articulated actuator articulated therewith. Switching system comprises a brake configured to hold the articulation system in its hingedly turned position when the closing system is in a closed configuration. In the third embodiment, the shaft assembly for use with the surgical instrument comprises an end effector, a hinged joint, an introductory actuator, a closing system, a trigger system, system of articulated joint, system of switching and fixing device for fixation of system of articulated joint in its hinged turned position when closing system is in closed configuration. End effector comprises a proximal end, a distal end and a branch. Articulation system comprises a first articulation actuator and a second articulation actuator.
EFFECT: invention is characterized by that the first and second actuators of the articulation joint are operatively engaged with the first and second slots of the articulation drive member, as well as by the fact that the hinged joint drive element contains a guiding groove in the internal drive element of the hinged joint, which interacts with the driving pin passing from the fixing tube.
