FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surfacing materials, in particular to powder wires for arc surfacing of parts of draft machines, industrial fans and other equipment operating under conditions of intense gas abrasive wear at temperatures up to 600 °C. Flux cored wire contains steel shell and charge. Wire contains components at the following ratio, wt.%: graphite – 2.7-6.2, chrome – 20.0-21.5, nickel – 7.5-8.1, manganese – 6.7-7.1, molybdenum – 3.8-3.9, titanium – 3.1-3.3, niobium – 2.9-3.0, sodium silicofluoride – 0.8-1.2, iron powder – 0.3-6.0, steel shell – the rest.
EFFECT: higher wear resistance of deposited metal under conditions of gas abrasive wear at temperatures up to 600 °C.
