FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for arc welding of metallurgical and other tools operating under conditions of intense abrasive wear at temperatures up to 600°C. The flux-cored wire consists of a steel shell and powder charge and contains components in the following ratio, wt %: ferrochrome 24.0-26.0, ferromolybdenum 3.8-4.2, titanium diboride 2.9-3.7, graphite 1.3-3.3, nickel 1.0-1.3, iron powder 0.2-2.2, sodium fluorosulfide 0.8-1.0, ultradisperse powder of titanium nitride 0.25-0.60, steel sheath is the rest.
EFFECT: metal welded by a flux cored wire with the given structure, possesses high values of hardness and wear resistance, which allows to increase a service life of the welded parts of machines, equipment and tools.
