SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to an adhesive hydrogel for a scaffold matrix based on polyacrylamide, according to the invention additionally contains methylene bisacrylamide, potassium ferrocyanurate, glucosamine hydrochloride, pectin, lincomycin hydrochloride and dolomite Kislovodskiy Narzan, with the following ratio of components, wt.%: polyacrylamide 20, methylene bisacrylamide 10, potassium ferrocyanurate 5, glucosamine hydrochloride 15, pectin 15, lincomycin hydrochloride 10, dolomite Kislovodskiy Narzan 25.
EFFECT: present invention provides the development of an adhesive hydrogel for a scaffold matrix, having porosity and high adhesive properties to biological tissues, providing reparative processes, as well as promoting inhibition of dystrophic posttraumatic processes and suppressing inflammation in the process of scaffold matrix integration.
