FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: slide gate (10) on the outlet of the metallurgical container comprises housing (12) with shutoff plate (13), shutoff plate (16), shutoff plate (14) movable in the longitudinal direction, as well as a cover made with possibility of fixation on body (12) by means of fastening mechanism (20). Locking plates are pressed to each other by means of fastening mechanism (20) through cover (15). Fastening mechanism (20) has on each side of housing (12) at least one spring element (33) located along direction of movement of locking plate (14). On both sides of housing (12) there are supports (23, 24) and clamping levers (21, 22) of the fastening mechanism. Clamping levers are installed with possibility of rotation and interaction with supports (23, 24) for fixation of cover (15) on housing (12) or removal from it.
EFFECT: uniform and optimal pressing of locking plates to each other.
