SUBSTANCE: invention represents an inactivated vaccine against infectious mastitis and endometritis containing the following components per 3 cm3 of the preparation (immunizing dose): formalin-inactivated protective antigens Escherichia coli “УР10-ВБХ”, Streptococcus agalactiae “УР7-ВБХ”, Streptococcus dysgalactiae “УР16-ВБХ”, Streptococcus uberis “ОБ5-ВБХ”, Streptococcus pyogenes “ОБ6-ВБХ”, Staphylococcus aureus “ОБ-I4-ВБХ”, Klebsiella pneumoniae “K-2-ВБХ”, not less than 3.5*109 CFU of each strain, as well as pharmaceutically acceptable target additives and a method for producing a vaccine, characterized by that industrial strains used are strains Escherichia coli “УР10-ВБХ”, Streptococcus agalactiae “УР7-ВБХ”, Streptococcus dysgalactiae “УР16-ВБХ”, Streptococcus uberis “ОБ5-ВБХ”, Streptococcus pyogenes “ОБ6-ВБХ”, Staphylococcus aureus “ОБ-I4-ВБХ”, Klebsiella pneumoniae “K-2-ВБХ”; obtaining antigens is carried out using submerged cultivation while maintaining pH level of 6.2-7.8.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a vaccine with antigenic and immunogenic activity, which provides long-term and intense immunity in cows to the main clinically significant agents of infectious mastitis and endometritis: Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus agalactiae, Streptococcus dysgalactiae, Streptococcus pyogenes, Streptococcus uberis and Klebsiella pneumonia, to expand the range of polyvalent inactivated vaccines aimed at specific prevention of infectious mastitis and endometritis in cows.
