SUBSTANCE: method comprises: selection of pathological material from sick and dead cattle from a local epizootic focus, preparing a suspension, carrying out seeding on differential diagnostic media, isolation of cells of pure cultures of pathogens of colibacillosis Escherichia coli, streptococcosis Streptococcus pneumoniae and staphylococcosis Staphylococcus aureus, their separate growing, cell inactivation with formalin, mixing in equal proportions, and adding to the mixture of adjuvant - aluminium hydroxide. The present invention may be used in research and industrial institutions working with construction of biological products.
EFFECT: obtaining of specific, harmless, highly immunogenic associated vaccine for protection against three dangerous infectious of diseases of cattle.
