SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely, to ophthalmology, and can be used for cataract extraction with implantation of an intraocular lens into eyes and tamponage of the vitreal cavity by silicone oil; after removal of crystalline lens and aspiration of crystalline lens mass the anterior chamber and capsular sac of crystalline lens are filled with viscoelastic, after which there is installed a standard plastic interface in the form of a plastic funnel with a vacuum ring with the inner diameter of 12.5 mm and outer diameter of 18.5 mm. One performs vacuum fixation of the interface to the eye. On the eye surface, into the "funnel “, one purs balanced saline solution (BSS) in the amount from 3.0 to 5.0 ml, performed coupling (“docking”) of the interface to the “working module” of the femto-lazer device, determines the position of the posterior capsule of the eye lens and sets the required parameters of the posterior capsulorhexis. At that, the set posterior capsulorhexis diameter is 1.5-2.0 mm less than the diameter of the available anterior capsulorhexis, and power varies from 110 % to 170%. One performs femto-lazer opening of the posterior capsule removes the carved disk of posterior capsule from the eye and implants into the capsular sac an intraocular lens.
EFFECT: invention provides intra-operative performance of accurately dosed rear capsulorhexis of a round shape with the specified diameter on eyes with intra-vitreal tamponage by silicon oil allowing to achieve maximum high visual functions in the early postoperative period.
