FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to ophthalmology. To remove the lens of the eye with the implantation of the intraocular lens (IOL), when the center of the pupil is centered relative to the center of the lens, the pupil fixes with the pupil ring, execution with the help of femtolaser radiation of anterior circular capsulorhexis and fragmentation of the lens nucleus, removal of the cut out flap of the anterior capsule, conducting hydrodissection, phacoemulsification of lens fragments with the help of an ultrasound tip, lens aspiration, implantation of the IOL and removal of the pupillary ring. 10-0 thread is tied to the pupillary ring, which ends on the opposite side with a needle, before the pupil fixes in a ring with a pupil diameter of more than 5.5 mm, the pupil is narrowed medicinally, a viscoelastic with a molecular weight of 2.5 million Da is injected into the anterior chamber. After fixing the pupil with a ring, a needle is inserted through the tunnel corneal incision into the anterior chamber and from the inside pierce the cornea in the limbal part in the side of the necessary displacement of the pupillary ring, move the ring so that the center of the ring corresponds to the center of the lens, then hem it to the outer part of the limb, and remove the needle. Interface of the femtolaser installation with the eye is docked, the vacuum is fed into its interface. Conduct circular capsulorhexis and fragmentation of the nucleus of the lens with femtolaser radiation at a cut height of 200–4,000 mcm and after the implantation of the intraocular lens, remove the filament and the pupillary ring.
EFFECT: method improves the quality of rehabilitation of patients, reduces the traumatic nature of surgical intervention.
