FIELD: measuring.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and can be used to measure the reflection coefficient of mirror surfaces of optical elements. Reflectometer contains a radiation source, located along the radiation path a semitransparent mirror, rotary mirrors, two beam splitting plates, a mirror holder configured to rotate about two mutually perpendicular axes lying in a plane perpendicular to the optical axis of the reflectometer, four photodetectors, two of which are optically connected to external relative to mirror holder surfaces of beam splitting plates, and two others are with their internal surfaces, photodetectors optically coupled to the inner surfaces of the beam-splitting plates, made using photosensitive elements in the form of four quadrants, photodetectors are installed so that the angle between the line, along which the radiation energy is transferred to each of the photodetectors, and the plane of their entrance window is 80-85°.
EFFECT: high accuracy of measuring reflection coefficient.
