FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to measure the reflection coefficient of mirror surfaces of optical elements, for example, laser mirrors. Reflectometer comprising a radiation source, a semitransparent mirror, rotary mirrors, two beam-splitting plates, a mirror holder configured to rotate about two mutually perpendicular axes lying in a plane perpendicular to the optical axis of the reflectometer, four photodetectors, two of which are optically connected to external relative to mirror holder surfaces of beam-splitting plates, and the other two are with their inner surfaces, the photodetectors optically connected to the inner surfaces of the beam-splitting plates are made using photosensitive elements in the form of four quadrants.
EFFECT: high accuracy of measuring reflection coefficient.
