FIELD: water treatment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for water purification and water treatment of produced water and can be used at oil production facilities or in public utilities. Device for purification of produced water consists of cylindrical horizontal housing tightly divided into top and bottom chambers filled with layer of granulated charge. Upper chamber and lower chamber are interconnected with each other by means of vertical pipe that is rigidly fixed to the housing and tightly passes from upper chamber to the lower one. Inlet nozzles for incidentally produced water are located in upper part of lower chamber on opposite sides of housing. Output branch pipes of produced water are located in lower part of upper chamber on opposite sides of the housing. Upper end of vertical pipe is rigidly connected to upper distribution device. Vertical partitions divide lower chamber into left section, central section and right section. Lower end of the vertical pipe is lowered into the lower chamber of the central section at least by 1/3 of its height and is equipped with a mesh retaining the granulated material. Lower parts of vertical partitions have slots and/or holes. Bases of left, central and right sections have recesses with drain branch pipes. Lower ends of drain branch pipes are equipped with tight plugs on flange connection. For inspection of liquid level, pumping of oil phase and supply of washing liquid during maintenance the housing is equipped with inspection branch pipes the upper ends of which are located in upper part of the housing and are tightly closed with detachable covers, and lower ends are located in upper part of upper chamber and upper part of lower chamber.
EFFECT: proposed technical solution provides efficient purification of produced water, reliable and easy to maintain.
