SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, genetic and protein engineering and is a recombinant bacteria strain Escherichia coli Rosetta 2(DE3)/pET28c-TstP36H-Sso7d – producer of chimeric thermostable DNA polymerase TstP36H-Sso7d, containing DNA-dependent DNA polymerase of family B from Thermococcus stetteri with amino acid substitution P36H, and the DNA-binding protein Sso7d from Sulfolbus solfataricus, obtained by transformation of cells of strain Escherichia coli Rosetta 2(DE3) by plasmid DNA pET28c-TstP36H-Sso7d, constructed on the basis of vector pET28c, and having the nucleotide sequence SEQ ID NO: 1 containing gene coding DNA polymerase TstP36H-Sso7d, having amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 2.

EFFECT: invention enables producing the recombinant producer strain providing the production of recombinant DNA polymerase TstP36H-Sso7d of 95% purity and higher processivity as compared to the wild-type ferment.
