FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, genetic and protein engineering. Disclosed is a bacterial strain Escherichia coli Rosetta 2(DE3)/pET28c-Mau, which is a producer of recombinant DNA polymerase A from Massilia aurea. Said strain is obtained by transformation of cells of Escherichia coli strain Rosetta 2(DE3) with plasmid pET28c-Mau, constructed on the basis of vector pET28c and having a nucleotide sequence SEQ ID NO 1 containing a gene coding DNA polymerase A from Massilia aurea, having an amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO 2 fused with a histidine tract at the N-terminus.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain recombinant DNA polymerase A from Massilia aurea with purity of at least 90%.
