FIELD: communication technique.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to telecommunication systems. In the method for noise-immune data compression for transmitting and storing information at the stage of additional encoding of the representation of code words or messages with ternary symbols Si(Ti), i=0,1,2, generating information phrases including an equal number p thereof, which are represented by formal polynomials F(x)(i), where i is counting set i=1,2,3,…, determining number of information phrases in frame or cycle, comparing modules are selected, for example, m1(x) = xn +1 − 1 and m2(x) = xn, where n is a number equal to p/2 for p even or p/2+1 – for odd p, then the formal polynomials F(x)(i) successively divided into selected comparison modules, for example, m1(x) and m2(x), and obtaining polynomials, which are residues from division b1(i)(x) and b2(i)(x), coefficients of which are used as substitute values of the original code words or messages subjected to compression, wherein a special dividing sign is introduced, which enables to distinguish coefficients of one polynomial-residual b1(i)(x) from the other b2(i)(x), wherein formal description of polynomials-residuals b1(1)(x) and b2(2) (x), operating with coefficients kn= 0.1.2 for unknown x to corresponding degree, after which they are transferred into sequence of corresponding symbols Si(Ti) with the same sub-indices i=0,1,2, as a result of which a new generated sequence of symbols is obtained Si(Ti), wherein in order to distinguish polynomials-residuals from each other b1(i)(x) and b2(i)(x) using division signals (P), which are prohibited in the selected symbol representation system, based on the distinctive signals Ρ, performing division of both code words and messages and coefficients taking values of 0.1 and 2 for polynomials-residuals b1(1)(x) and b2(1)(x), then based on selected coefficients 0.1 and 2 of polynomials-images-residuals b1(i)(x) and b2(i)(x) using adaptive algorithms of the constructive remainder formula, restoring the initial formal polynomials F(x)(i) information phrases in frame or cycle.

EFFECT: high noise-immunity of transmitted and archived information without introducing structural redundancy into transmitted messages and with data compression.
