FIELD: pipeline monitoring.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of automated process control systems and can be used for complex monitoring and diagnostics of the technical condition of pipeline valves (hereinafter referred to as PLV) at controlled telemechanics points, compressor shops and gas pumping units. The objective of the invention is to increase the reliability of the PLV. The task is solved, and the expected result is achieved by an intelligent system (hereinafter referred to as IS) consisting of a module for determining the number of fault signals of the PLV state, a module for determining adjacent pressures and outdoor air temperature, a module for determining the pressure drop on the PLV, a module for determining the number of PLV permutations, a module for determining the duration of the PLV permutation, a real-time database, an archive time database, a database of compliance of PLV sensors, as well as an event log.
EFFECT: centralized collection, accounting, storage and processing of the maximum array of data from lower-level systems, including the technical condition of the PLV in order to monitor its condition for timely maintenance and repair of the PLV and to exclude the possibility of incidents and accidents at production facilities.
