FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. Method of producing organic complexes of trace elements based on salts of humic acids, characterized by that an aqueous solution of lignosulphonate is mixed with an alkaline agent – potassium or sodium hydroxide, wherein dry or aqueous solutions of copper, zinc, manganese, iron, cobalt, ammonium molybdate sulphates are added to the lignosulphonate aqueous solution before mixing with the alkaline agent, as well as boric acid or potassium metaborate to total weight concentration of ions of trace elements in range of 0.5-4.0% on a.d.s., after mixing with an alkaline agent, the resulting working solution is subjected to intense mixing with cavitation treatment based on at least 3 passage of the entire volume of the treated working solution through the cavitator structural elements, wherein the working solution storage time from the moment of the alkaline agent addition to the lignosulphonate aqueous solution with dissolved inorganic trace elements is not more than 48 hours before feeding into the reactor, then the test working solution with volume of 1000 ml is loaded into the reactor, which is sealed, the pressure in the reactor is raised to 22 bar, the content in the reactor is heated to 150 °C, after which air is supplied, synthesis of trace element complexes based on salts of humic acids takes place for 120-150 minutes, at pressure 22-23 bar, temperature +170-180 °C, at flow rate of air passing through reactor, 60-80 l/h, constant stirring and with periodic monitoring of pH, synthesis process is stopped when pH drops below 8.5 by turning off heating and air supply, unloading of finished product is carried out after natural cooling of product in reactor below 70 °C, performing synthesis in the presence of an air oxidising agent.

EFFECT: invention increases stability of organic complexes based on HA with high concentration of retained biogenic trace elements.
