EFFECT: invention provides fast and highly reliable calculation of the number of infectious units of canine adenovirus of the VGNKI vaccine strain in raw material for vaccines based on the developed method using original specific oligonucleotide primers for large T-antigen CAdV gene site and developed logarithmic model.
