SUBSTANCE: described is a method for indirect determination of the number of infectious units of canine adenovirus of the VGNKI vaccine strain by amplification reaction of the large T-antigen gene site using oligonucleotide primers designed for the large T-antigen gene site, and performing Pico 488 dye fluorescence detection.
EFFECT: invention provides fast and highly reliable calculation of the number of infectious units of canine adenovirus of the VGNKI vaccine strain in raw material for vaccines based on the developed method using original specific oligonucleotide primers for large T-antigen CAdV gene site and developed logarithmic model.
