SUBSTANCE: method for indirectly determining the titre of infectious activity of the causative agent of canine distemper in raw materials for vaccines by the method of reverse transcription and amplification reaction in real time using a developed logarithmic function of the relationship between the magnitude of the quantitative assessment cycle and the titre of infectious activity of the causative agent of canine distemper. The main advantages of the proposed invention are the ability to eliminate the possibility of contamination during the reaction and subjectivity when taking into account the results of the analysis; reduce the time for analysing virus-containing raw materials for vaccines to 3.5 hours; to increase the specificity and sensitivity of the analysis for determining the titre of infectious activity of the causative agent of canine distemper. In the invention proposed, a relationship is established between the titre of infectious activity of the canine distemper virus and the quantitative assessment cycle, reflected in the form of a logarithmic function, which makes it possible to determine the titre of infectious activity of CDV in raw materials for vaccine production.
EFFECT: invention allows to quickly and with a high degree of reliability calculate the titre of infectious activity of CDV in raw materials for vaccines based on the developed method using original specific oligonucleotide primers and a probe for the CDV H-gene region and a developed logarithmic model.
