SUBSTANCE: invention refers to local external agents applicable for treating skin defects and injuries in cosmetology and medicine. Cosmetic plaster includes a textile base and plaster mass, in which main and additional active substances are evenly distributed, as well as auxiliary substances, protective layer, wherein textile base is impregnated with polymeric water-oil-repellent composition, plaster mass is made of a composite material, the matrix of which contains, as the main active substance, a layer of viscous liquid vinylin mixed with a water-alcohol solution of chitosan succinate, in which water to ethyl alcohol is taken in ratio 4:1, and chitosan succinate 3.50-5.50 wt.%, with following ingredients content in plaster mass, wt.%: liquid vinylin – 36.00-70.00; chitosan succinate solution – 24-28; additional active substances and auxiliary substances – balance.

EFFECT: invention provides higher effectiveness of the influence of the active ingredients on skin defects and damages.
