FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of preparing a spinning solution for producing a layer of composite polymer nanofibres with natural polymers by capillary-free electrospinning for use in medical or cosmetic products. Method of preparing a spinning solution involves preparing a polymer solution, adding a second polymer and process additives including a surfactant and a viscosity stabilizer. Polymer is a natural polymer of chitosan succinate with a molecular weight of up to 220 kDa, which is pre-ground to a particle size of 0.1 to 0.8 mm, then 5-12 % aqueous solution is prepared from it, which is heated to a temperature of more than 40 °C, but not more than boiling point. Then one adds an organic solvent cooled to a temperature providing the process of coagulation of the protein impurity and removes it from the solution. Second polymer – a fibre-forming water-soluble synthetic polymer – is added to the purified solution with concentration of 3.50-8.50 %. Surfactant used is polysorbate 80.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain nanofibres without undesirable and toxic impurities.
